Your use of the Services is also governed by the Buzz360 Terms of Service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload and use such contact information.


3.3 Relational Organizing Data

Certain features of the Services allow users to upload personal contacts to identify relationships with supporters or voters.

Buzz360 does not publish or sell relational contact data.


3.4 Messaging and Calling Data

When communications are sent through the Services, Buzz360 may process:

  • SMS or RCS messages
  • email messages
  • phone call activity
  • message delivery status
  • opt-out requests
  • complaint or bounce information

Buzz360 may maintain logs of communications activity including timestamps, sender account information, recipient identifiers, and delivery status.


3.5 Voter Data

Certain Services provide access to voter registration data obtained from government agencies or authorized public records.

Depending on jurisdiction, voter data may include:

Where reasonably practicable, Buzz360 uses aggregated or de-identified data when improving analytics tools.

Buzz360 does not disclose identifiable information from one customer's dataset to another.


6. Messaging and Communications Compliance

Customers using the Services to send communications must comply with applicable laws including:

  • the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • the CAN-SPAM Act
  • the Do-Not-Call Implementation Act
  • applicable state telemarketing laws
  • election communication disclosure laws

Customers are responsible for obtaining consent required to send communications.

Buzz360 acts as a technology provider facilitating communications on behalf of customers and does not determine message recipients.

Recipients may opt out of text messaging by replying STOP where applicable.


7. Sharing of Information

Buzz360 does not sell personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the Services, including:

  • Twilio – messaging and calling infrastructure
  • Mailgun – email delivery
  • cloud hosting providers
  • analytics providers
  • payment processors

These providers process information solely to provide services on behalf of Buzz360.


8. Data Controller and Processor Roles

8.1 Customer as Data Controller

Customers determine:

  • which contacts are uploaded
  • how contact data is used
  • which communications are sent
  • the purposes of outreach activities

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.


8.2 Buzz360 as Service Provider

Buzz360 acts primarily as a service provider or processor that processes personal information on behalf of customers in order to operate the Services.

Buzz360 does not determine message recipients or outreach strategies.


9. Legal Disclosures

Buzz360 may disclose information when required to:

  • comply with court orders or subpoenas
  • investigate suspected violations of law
  • enforce platform policies
  • protect the safety or rights of Buzz360 or others

Buzz360 may cooperate with election regulators investigating misuse of the Services.
